Our client is seeking an experienced senior compliance leader to assume overall responsibility for the Bank’s Compliance Function, financial crime framework and data protection oversight.

Key Responsibilities
Compliance Leadership
- Lead and oversee the Bank’s Compliance Function in line with requirements applicable to SMCR firms

The role
The Sales Director will take ownership of the commercial agenda, leading the sales team to identify new opportunities, grow existing customer relationships, and deliver against ambitious business objectives. Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the sales strategy in line with overall business objectives
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across target markets
- Strengthen key customer and distributor relationships
- Build robust sales plans, forecasts, and performance metrics

Objective of the role
As a Senior Director, you will be leading the delivery of projects & executing the pipe and client work, setting a new standard for the firm. You’ll be the first line of defence in ensuring client or prospect-facing deliverables are in line with the firm’s DNA & will impact our clients.

You will have:
- Over 7 years of relevant, applicable consulting experience, ideally including working with investor-backed, high-growth tech businesses
